Default any interesested in wj rear tire carrier

i am going to have a prototype done by next week,
it is going to involve a rear tire carrier for the wj 99-04 grand cherokees
you are going to be able to use your oem/stock bumper, it is not going to be hitch mounted, it will be mounted to frame and everything will be hidden besides the top part that mounts to wheel.

let me know who is interested

yes im from illinois and i also had this posted on ju. i just wanted to test new waters and see who else was interested. and the cost range will be 400 bare metal 450 can painted 500-600 powdercoated any color, all the tire carriers have thrust bearings instead of a metal to metal contact on the swivel part, as that will wear out right away and just not move freely and also has a spring loaded pin to lock the tire in place.
there will be other options such as hi lift mount, license plate mount with light and trailer plug,

Question

I'm wondering if modifications could be made for it to fit my 1996 ZJ?

Thanks,
Adam

I'd be very intereted in a tire carrier for the WJ.

Do you have any photos of this prototype yet?

What size tire or how much weight are you building it to hold?

I am very interested. I've been searching for a decent looking tire mount for the grand for a while now. Please Email me at tyler-e@comcast.net when this is available as I don't check the forum very often.
Thank you!
