Another wiper delay issue?
Not exactly.
Since it was raining here today,
I decided I'd pull my wiper delay box and do the "solder-fix" on the board.
I have no delay and the wipers don't return home. (I do have low, high speed wipers and mist (frt & rr) though
I pulled my drivers kick panel,
And low-and-behold, the Velcro patch is there but the box is completely gone!
In its place,
there's just a factory style wire harness pigtail (complete with pentastar tape) and factory style terminated connectors.
Is anyone aware of any recall for the wiper delay on ZJ's where they bypassed/removed the delay box?
If so,
What connection operates the delay function?
Fuse? Relay?
