yes. this amp is cea 2006 compliant and has been tested to throw out 1000 rms. peak power means nothing, as in a 20000 watt peak power 10 rms amp.lol. rms is what your looking for. if an amp is 2000w 1000 rms. its a 1000 watt amp.

And here I was, proud of the fact that I replaced my factory speakers with some Memphis Audio 6x9s and 6 1/2s in the doors. THen I come here and see you jokers running around with 30"s worth of hair drying speakers, and thats just in the back! You guys are Nukin' Futs! LOL...

Thanks guys! My lows are pretty sick with only two 600rms 12s. And highs all I have is some cheap after markets in the doors and these screaming loud Rockford fosgate power 6x9s. I'm far from done with this set up.

Ok so my friend got me a kinetic battery, can I use it with a capacitor? If so how would I wire it into the system?

eh, capacitors are junk, do more research. you should have more than enough with that kinetic. Why are you looking for a cap? do you have voltage drop?

I love my T1s! I wish I was able to spring for the T2s back when I bought them. But these are more then enough. Whatever way you decide to go, don't go bigger then 12s. 15s can get sloppy at some tones. There only good for really low bass.

My old man system in my ZJ. A single 10 with a cheap Jensen 340 watt amp, 6 1/2 Kicker two way speakers in all four doors and Polk tweeters in the front doors with an Alpine deck. My grand daughter loves to listen to Micheal Jackson in my Jeep, she's only a year and a half.
