*94 GC* I replaced the alternator about 2 months ago (a month after buying it) and haven't had a single issue since then. I got in it tonight after it sitting for 3 days (a normal thing) and its dead again! I know it's not a dead battery.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Something's gotta be drawing power from it maybe? But what??

 

Charge battery, take the neg cable off and hook a test light up inline between the cable end and battery terminal. If test light is illuminated then you have a draw. Start unplugging things like fuses, alternator and relays. If you unplug something that causes the test light to go out then that component or something on that fuses circuit is staying on or drawing the power.
