Rolled my fenders 1 1/2" and beat the hell out of my pinch seam to fit 33's on a 3.5" lift with no rub

XJ flares on a ZJ. Not spending $500 for something that is going to get ripped off on the trail. Total cost $60. Used 2 front flares and 5 rear flares. Cut everything to follow the ZJ lines as close as possible on the rear. Cut and joined to follow lines on the front. Used a heat gun to shape to ZJ lines.
Still have to sand epoxy and paint

I really like the fender how u cut it . Did u just cut verticle line throughout or did u just do one horizontal cut ? I may try that on mine.

In the picture it had 33's (but they were junk, I ran 31" super swampers) It has like a 2" budget boost done to it. And no i didn't make the bumper, I build a Yamaha Blaster and traded it for the Jeep

We build the bumper on my current Jeep

Its a lot better than the other, it give me better clearance on trails, plus this jeep is lifted 4.5 inches

I cut vertical lines 1 1/2" up, and in between pinch welds. Bend up into wheel well. Used Deadblow to shape, and welded a few of the tabs for more strength.

Mo ved to tech since this is not a fabrication thread. Fabrication is something like building a bumper from scratch. Modifying your rig is not fabricating.

Sorry just educating as I move. Enjoy!

For the 2x6 rockers did you remove your rocker panels or put the rockers under them?
