All sensors are dead. Electric modules or something?
2002 Grand Cherokee auto 4wd with AC:
I was trying to figure out why I'm getting very little air flowing out my vents and I pulled the mix door (the thing behind the glove compartment) and I must have plugged it back in while the car was running or something as most of my electrical sensors are dead:
Temperature now reading --
Auto headlights no longer activating
Electric windows dead
interior lights on all the time - I had to turn the switch completely off on the steering column arm
Locks will lock/unlock with key fob but lights will not flash letting me know
Wipers working fine
Headlights do work with manual setting
Brake lights are fine and parking lights are fine
Radio is fine but steering wheel remote will not control the radio
Cruise control works fine.
o2/trans sensor fault
All fuses visually appear fine but I did not pull out my meter to beep any out.
My mechanic neighbor had plugged in his handheld sensor to reset the vacuum leak he's been looking for so maybe that did something but he's done that many times over the past few weeks

first question is is air flowing out mainly through the defrost vent?second does your cruise control work.if not look behind the passenger side headlamp(pull it out ,real easy)and look for any small hoses that look like they need a home.my problem turned out to be a6 inch length of 1/4 inch hose going off a tee to the cruise control.don't confuse this with battery tray drain.2004 wj 4.0

Thanks. Didn't even notice I was on the wrong one
When changing the foot/face/defrost, the air comes out wherever I select it to, but barely - I had to put my fingers up to the location to be able to know if anything was coming out.
Fan makes a lot of noise like it's trying to move air, but the system just isn't 'breathing.' And it does not change if I select recirculate.
I'll go and repost in Grand Cherokee
