Alarm System 94 Cherokee Limited
My alarm system is all fubar. Everytime I use my power locks and then unlock my driver side door with the key, the alarm goes off. My keyless door fab is missing, and didn't have working batteries in it anyways.
I just want to disable the alarm completely and permanently and I have read that I have to go under the driver side kick panel and ground the purple/yellow wire that comes out of the black plug, however there is not a purple/yellow wire down there!
Is there any other way, or which wire can I ground that will disable the alarm system but not effect anything else?

same problem with my 94 limited, try unlocking the door with your key and before u open the door look to see if the interior lights come on if they do it shouldnt go off but if they dont it probably will when you open the door, so try to unlock it again until the lights come on it seems to work for mine

www.keylessride.com has a remote for your 94 for about 60 bucks. It even comes with instructions on how to program it for your rig.

I'm willing to try anything, but I'd really rather just disarm the security. I live in a small town... it's really not needed. I just haven't been using my power locks to lock up, doing manually. That's been working
