Default Advise on Maintance Parts

I am wanting to do so work on my Jeep and was wondering if some of you can give some advise on some of these parts.

and how you feel about these products

K&N filters

Plugs what is the best to use

Wires that would be the best to get

Wires

you know the best to get for a good tune-up that will be the best to get for fuel and performance

Talking about plugs has anyone used those Plustar plugs they are like 50.00 a pair.

those filters may help some, I have never noticed a difference in perf with stock engine. I do have one on my turbo diesel and the only difference I found on that is now I can hear the turbo.
Plugs I would use what the factory put in it as well as with the wires. That expensive high perf stuff only helps if have the ignition and power to go with it.
Not sure what the plustar plugs are, but I have tried many of the new types and found that they failed. worked ok for a few days but went south fast. Factory stuff works great and will last a long time.

my zj had a k&n intake/filter combo on it when i got it, it is about 18months old and the filter is falling apart, im going to replace it with a cone filter from advance so imo the k&n is not worth it.
