99 WJ Shifts out of overdrive when I let off the gas

99 WJ Shifts out of overdrive when I let off the gas
My 99 WJ has started down shifting out of overdrive (4th gear) when I let off the gas, at any speed. And will shift back in once I depress the accelerator about an inch. I've replaced the the PCM, TPS, MAP, and fore O2 sensors thinking they all have to do with the position of the accelerator. What am I missing? Is it a 3-4 solenoid problem?
