Default 98 ZJ blinkers stopped working

My blinkers stopped working, but my flasher still work.

My questions are; are there different relay's for the blinkers and flasher or, does that mean the blinker swith on my steering column is bad?

Thanks?

How could it be a fuse if the flashers work?

Turn signals, not blinkers. Automobiles do not have blinkers. There are some relays at the left rear corner behind the spare tire.

Lots of "bad" info posted in the thread I started (don't add to a thread if you don't know for sure). The "flasher & turn signal" use the same relay... The relay is located up front in the passenger foot well with the fuse box.

You should be able to feel the relay "tick". If the relay is your problem; you can "knock or shake" the relay and, it will tick for a second then fail again. This will let you know it is the relay not a fuse, switch, fault, or light.
