So... Looking for some ideas...

I discovered I have a leak of coolant of a substantial amount at the bottom of the bell housing under the Jeep. I know general this is not where they start but also can be where they start.

Any places I should start looking for an immediate issue? Intake? Heads? Frost plugs? I really hope its not the rear frost plugs....

Anyone else had this issue?

 

The image shows the two rear freeze plug locations, right and left of center.

The block has freeze plugs on the sides and front, in addition to the two on the rear. The heads have freeze plugs on the front and rear.

Assuming the block and the heads are not cracked, then the freeze plugs are the likely leak locations.

 

That is perfect and will start checking out those spots.
