97 zj limited v8 heat not warm

97 zj limited v8 heat not warm
Have replaced the coolant temperature sensor and the radiator and some hoses recently,, I start the car and when it's warm I can hear the blend door open and I crank the the heat up and it gets warmer but not warm, sup with that?
