96 zj queston
Buddy of mine is looking to lift his zj. Hes lookin at rubicon expresses 3.5 super ride kit. Wonderin who makes the best kit out there, my only worry is that ive seen some zj's where the back tire is almost rubbing the wheel well by the rear doors. What causes this, im guessin that they are still using the stock control arms, any input thanks

I've ran the RE 3.5" Super Ride kit for well over a year. good kit.
As for best RE, BDS there about equal. As for teh rear tire looking like it's going to rub the front of the rear wheel well, ALL the kits look like that, it's just the way the rear suspension on a ZJ travels..

R.E. is good stuff..teraflex,claytons,IROR specialize in jeeps. You could go with a long arm kit to help with the closeness of the rear tire but your talking big $$...but it's nothing to worry about
