95 ZJ 5.2l stalling in gear when trying to get moving.

First off, I DID search and from some good info.
Heres the issue.
stalling in any foward gear and reverse when I hit the gas from a dead stop or when Im rolling slow and some times when coming to a stop. After about 1200 RPM it picks up and run perfect. I cleaned the IAC and It ran MUCH better for about 2 hours, but, the issues came back just as bad as it was befor. Cant get the TPS (the screws wont back out) off. I am getting NO codes or check engine lights. It idles normal and will rev normal in P or N.
It seems to run normal till it warms up then it then, with out warning this issue will start. What should I look at with this?
The Jeep is a 95 ZJ limited with the 5.2l Auto and about 388xxxkm's.

Is there a way I can just delete the EGR set up?
I will give this a try. But how do you check it with it under load. My experince with checking fuel pressure under load is that its extreamly diffacult

If you try and delete the EGR system you can see that it will cause other issues. IMO

Pull the vacuum hose off of the EGR and cap it off, that is how you disable it. To check the fuel pressure under a load hook the guage to the fuel rail and position it so you can see it from the driver seat, now do a brake stand and watch the gauge. The spec is somewhere around 50psi.
The EGR valve's soul purpose is to keep combustion temps down in order to keep NOX emisions down. It does this by introducing spent exhaust gases back into the comustion chambers, it is an inert gas so it won't burn, it is just taking up room. The EGR should only come on during cruise, not during idle. If the valve is stuck open you will have a lean condition and it will cause a lean misfire and a rough idle. If it is not functioning, you can have some pinging issues due to higher combustion temps.

One thing I have noticed, not sure if its related or not. The motor does seem to be detinating anythign more then 1/2 throttle.

yeah, been apart of the TD.com for a few years now and a member of TM.com since day 1...
But back onto topic, Do you think the detination has anything in commen with this issue?
