Default 95 Grand Cherokee overheat problems

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4.0, 6cyl, 200K miles
About a month ago I started having slight overheat problems, temp getting to 220-230 but turning on the heater mad temps resume to about 190.
I am in a new area, so i did something i hate. I looked for a mechanic in the yellow pages.
First mechanic: said i needed coolant flush and new T-stat, so i got that done and went ahead and got an oil change. It didnt fix it and guy said he used a temp gun and it was running 190 even with gauge saying 230. (this guy also broke the T-stat housing but replaced for free)
Kept overheating, but still used the heater to "fix" it, but then I started getting a low oil pressure gauge, it gets as low as 20 at idle.
Second mechanic: said i needed new fan clutch, got new fan clutch. Nope nothing, still overheats and low oil pressure
Third mechanic: said new radiator for 400-500. I said no thanks
Fourth mechanic: said leaking head gasket at least 600. no thanks
I have no signs of a head gasket problem. No loss of any fluid, oil is dark from recent change. Coolant good color no "strange" smells. No smoke or smell from exhaust.
Could the first guy just messed up the oil change and the pressure and overheating are different problems?

20psi of oil pressure at idle is ok, so don't worry about that. You may need a radiator, but 500 bucks is way too much! You can find radiators for around 150 dollars and change it yourself, or see what a mechanic would charge you for labor if you provide the radiator.

I ran hot in my last jeep forever not to high to worry but I lil hot kinda 220-30ish and the oil temp light kept coming on I ran 18 wheeler motor oil like some serious stuff it was like 5w40 are something like man I kept the motor temp down and fixed the problem with the oil pressure gauge keep coming on! Something you can try I mean I didn't have 200something miles I had more like 170 something and I couldn't keep oil pressure for nothing when my friend suggested that I run that thick stuff and I was surprised it work.

well that would be fine in a hot place...but in a climate where the winter is cold you would have a problem with that 5W40 multi-grade oil!

I would find see if you can find a radiator and replace it yourself. I recently had overheating issues with my 94 ZJ(I have the 5.2) replaced the radiator and ran it through to get all air bubbles out and no more overheating. Worth a try if you know you need a new radiator
