94 jeep grand cherokee rough idle
So here's the deal guys I have a 94 jeep grand cherokee laredo with the straight six in it. At an idle is runs rough and ecspecially when I put it in drive. Driving it runs fine and seems to have power but I can't figure out the cause. I have a cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust, accel super coil, wires and plugs, and distributor cap and rotor. I have put fuel injector cleaner in and didn't really help. I tried cleaning the throttle body but no change. So if anyone has any recommendations it would really help thanks!

My jeep is doing the same thing, only at a stop while in drive gear. But in neutral the roughness subsides a bit. But when I drive above 5mph, the roughness goes away.
When I get some money, I am going to clean out my MAF sensor, IAC sensor, and Throttle Positioning Sensor as well to see if that works. I've read that this cures 95% of what is happening to our Jeeps.

It sounds like you have a sticky IAC. Cleaning the throttle body does not sufficiently reach inside the IAC bore. Removal, cleaning and reassembly is simple, takes about 30 minutes and is inexpensive ($3 for a can of TB cleaner). You will need Torx-tipped tools. There are plenty of how-to videos out there if you want to see how to do it. Note that there are pitfalls, as the pintle is easily mishandled, so definitely bone-up on the task first. Good luck.
