94 grand cherokee hard to start when cold sets off alarm
I have a 94 GC with 4.0L motor since it has been getting cold around me it has become very difficult to start. I do wait a good 5 seconds for the fuel pump to build pressure. It cranks and does not start then I can sometimes crank and hold throttle to the floor it will start run very rough for 15-30 seconds then settle down and run fine. it also occasionally sets off the alarm. I did a code check and got a "21" which I think is an oxygen sensor. not really sure I don't think that would cause the starting problem. I'm also wondering if I'll read a code at all if it doesn't start. Any ideas out there would be helpfull thanks to all

There is a problem with the capacitors inside your ecu! Don't panic very easy fix I found a nice write up called a crash course in brain surgery on jeepforum.com I believe it will fix most of the weird electrical quirks that the jeep has and costs like 4 bucks to fix
