Hey All, new to the site and looks like a decent crew!

I have searched my issue, gotten some ideas but looking for help none the less.

94 Gr Cher limited 5.2 w 272K on it.

The issue started about 2 weeks ago after we put a new radiator in it but I really don't think that has much to do with the problem

I have an occasion no fuel issue. Problem seems to be heat related as it ALWAYS leaves me stranded at the end of the day. I do home health care and have many starts ans stops thruout the day. Probably anywhere from 12 to 15 engine starts daily (hell on starter motors)

I had to have the ol girl rollbacked home once and we didn't have any power to the fuel pump at initial key on (KO) that should prime the system. Let it sit overnight and KO would energize the pump. Last time it wouldn't run I unhooked the battery, left the hood open to disipate heat. sat for 45 mintues, hooked everything up, disarmed security and fired right up.

Please dont say to look at the security system, any bugs have been worked out. I even went as far as to disable the system (ground out the purple door wire). Even put in a newer security module.

All relays have been swapped out

All sensors have been checked/swapped except for CPS which is going to be a bear.

Getting as far as to put in a known good junkyard pump just for practice. Yep picking at straws here.

I am hoping that someone has an idea on what the ol girl needs to be reliable.

any help or ideas greatly appreciated.
