those fit on the top of your stock coils. they are spacers that fit between the coil and the isolator that will net you about 2 inches over stock.
i'd look into the front to rear coil swap. then just get a set of lift coils for the front.

It's a simple thing to do and that's a good price. I did mine and liked the difference when I stood back and looked, and it will allow for slightly larger tires, but it won't take long before you stand back and wonder if you even lifted it at all.

Swap the front coils to the rear, and then you have to buy new set of lift coils for the front. I can't remember how much lift you get but 3.5" is ringing in my head for some reason.

Yes, you'll need shocks for that much lift. You would also want to do a transfer case drop and maybe even axle shims, unless of course you want to drop the $$ for a SYE.

i have the spacers on my 97zj and there ok the ride is alittle stiffer but its fine if u just want to run 30inch tires and give it a better look.i suggest not putting in the rear isolater because if your springs are a little saggy like mine there is a noticabale sag in the front. I took my rear isolaters out and it looks alot bettter

yes, the front to rear swap will get you about 3.5 inches.
but if you go to the junkyard and get some front v8 coils and put those in the rear, then you will need some 4.5 inch front coils. we used rubicon express coils for the front.
you will need new shocks, but there is a guy on ebay, goes by "scratch and dent" or something along those lines that has skyjacker shocks for half the price of new.
as for the spacers, you will need to drop the axle and pull out your coils, you will need a coil spring compressor kit, then just slide the spacers up the coil retainers and mate them up to the stock isolators. the stock isolators are about 1/2 inch thick rubber to help keep the bumps from resonating through the vehicle. they are removable, and you can stack them. however, i would only do 2 at most.

Iron mountain offroad sells a kit for $350 (little less) that comes with everything you need including new shocks. Total lift is 3.5 inches.
Its a great kit. My buddy has had it for about 6 months and does inhumane things to that cherokee and has broken just about everything but those components. I ordered mine and would suggest that as the perfect option for you.
The website has more info and pics. A quick search on here or google will get you there. They say you can run 31s (I think) with this kit but on his 93 ZJ we are running 33's with fender trimming and there's no rubbing going on.

You can also get the spacer kit and find a set of used Up Country coils. I did this on mine and netted me almost 4" of lift. No tcase drop, or SYE kit, or shims used at all. If i were to do it all over I would have gone with the front to rear swap though.
