93 grand cherokee electrical issues

((NEED HELP))93 grand cherokee brake lights and horn
i have a 93 gc with the 5.2 engine. i have no brake light's , horn or electric seats. all fuse's and relay's are good also brake light switch is good. where am i going wrong on fixing this? is it a ground issue?

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Pull the covers off of the steering column and look at the long flat plug on the ignition switch for burnt terminals, and check the connection on the multi-function switch (turn signal switch).
