93 grand blowing fuse block fuse when put to start poss.

93 grand blowing fuse block fuse when put to start poss.
i diconnected the remote starter wire when this first happened.. the starter still spins when i "jump" it.. i am going to look at the loom behind the engine in a min.. but wanted to see if any one else has had this same problem..
just to be clear..
the fuse doesnt blow unless i turn th key to start possition.
it dosnet blow in run possition..
any help is appreciated
