Default 4.7 oil pressure ?

What is the regular running or standing oil pressure for the wj 4.7?

As a rule of thumb you want at least 10PSI of oil pressure for every 1000 RPM.

So in general on the wj 4.7 on idle should the oil pressure gauge be sitting around the middle of the gauge? Should it only be filling the gauge on max revs ?

If you're getting oil pressure and hear no strange noises from the engine, don't worry about it. But if you need some piece of mind, screw a manual gauge in and see whats up.
