Hi all, I've got a few questions about doing a 3.5" lift on a 98 ZJ 6I. Searching the forums for specifics has been rather difficult piecing it all together as I find a little here and there.... anyway a friend gave me his 2012 sahara wheels which are 18" and I believe there's already 32's on them. I've read very mixed reviews on what/how to deal with the CV joint failure when you lift a ZJ. Is going with a 3.5 lift more trouble than its worth regarding making the switch from CV to U joint, could I fit everything under the jeep with a simple 2 inch block lift to avoid the CV issues? The jeep runs well but is a little rough cosmeticly and I want to hit the trails with it. I'm not trying to dump a bunch of money in it, just looking for some cheap solutions to have fun.
