247 tcase chain

247 tcase chain
How difficult is it to replace this? I believe my chain is stretched since I have a popping noise in 4lo, its a good possibility since there's 230k on it. Just needing some feedback or advice before I do something ignorant and just tear it open and start fiddling with stuff lol
