Hello, first time posting...hopefully I'm in the right spot....Pretty much the title... This is our spare vehicle (2015 jeep grand Cherokee) and doesn't get used often, we recently changed the battery about 3 weeks ago...it was dead this morning. I jumped it and let it run for about 2 hours and came back and the Driver information display is completely black. I cant see any of my instruments.... I couldn't find any information how to trouble shoot this....any help would be appreciated...

Note: This is the Drivers information screen not the Uconnect screen...the Uconnect screen works fine.

 

Ever figure it out? My DID has a white screen and tried everything I found online but no luck.

 

You can try to reset Uconnect, I know that they are linked to each other. Have you tried to disconnect the battery again for several minutes. TIPM reset.

 

Dimmer **** first. Fuse second.
