Default 2011 Grand Cherokee Laredo

So i have a 2011 grand cherokee with all time all wheel drive. my rims are stock and they have a little rust starting near the center cap where it says jeep. im not about to drop hundreds on new rims but i was just wondering what other jeep or dodge rims will fit my jeep. my current tire size is 265/60R18 and i was thinking of trying to squeeze 285s on but im unsure if theyll rub when im out having fun. any help would greatly be appreciated i am new to this forum. thanks yall

post up a picture of the rim....easier to a suggestion if we can see the condition...lots of people just paint or repaint their rims
