2006 WK Power Locks Malfunction

Need help with Power Locks Malfunction.
Remote and drivers door switch may be used to open the drivers door lock.
Remote and drivers door switch do not open any other door or tailgate
Passenger door switch does not open any door or tailgate
Remote, driver switch and passenger switch all work to lock all doors and tailgate.
Anyone know where to begin? I am tempted to buy a drivers switch console for about $60
I took off drivers door panel and found no broken wiring. I unplugged drivers switch and it has a discernible click sound when actuated.
Any advice would be most appreciated and thank you!

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

Look for broken wires in the rubber boot between the drivers door and door jamb.

^That's usually the cause of the problem in other vehicles. I haven't seen the issue in a WK yet though.
