2004 Grand Cherokee Front End Whine

2004 Grand Cherokee Front End Whine
I've been experiencing an intermittent problem lately. Every once and a while, I'm hearing a whining noise coming from the front passenger side wheel area. It kinda reminds me of a gear whine noise.
The issue is that I can go days without hearing it and then all of a sudden the noise pops up again.
One time I was driving about 25mph after making a left hand turn and heard the noise. It varies with road speed. I stopped at a light, made a right turn and it was gone.
Yesterday....I heard the same noise after making a turn and I could hear it until I got to about 40mph and then it was gone and never came back.
Any thoughts as to what this could be?
