Default 2002 grand cherokee 4.7 v8 died on me

Had a problem 2 weeks back where in the morning the truck would not start. Replace the battery all seemed fine. Leaving work she started fine,I came to a Corner the truck just died. Tried jumping it I get nothing will not turn over as in no noise from the starter. Check for codes and I'm not throwing any. 160,000 miles on the clock any suggestions?
