2002 Grand Cherokee 4.0L Power Tech
I have an intermittent stall and wait to restart engine (takes around 10 - 20 minutes). Engine cranks but doesn't start. I have looked at PCU and checked grounds and modules but can't find problem. All fluid levels are good and have a good battery.

Sounds to me like a crank sensor. Had the same thing on my 03. The part was not that expensive but it's in a tough spot. It's on the top driver side of the trans bell housing. Mine was intermittent for about 2 months before it really became a hassle and not restarting after it died. No check engine ever with mine either
