2000 WJ 4.0 Issue today

Driving home from work I got a CEL. Car drove fine and I got home with it. I got my OBDII scanner out to check the codes. I received the following codes: Current Fault P0340 (Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit, Pending Fault P1391, and Pending P0306. I screenshotted the results of the faults and then tried to start the truck. It cranks with gusto but no start. So I figure maybe I needed to clear the codes and try again. I cleared the codes, still no start. Now the truck just cranks strong but no fire up. Anyone know what this is? Should I change the Cam Position Sensor or crank sensor?

Crankshaft Position Sensor is the more likely culprit despite the fault code indication. Do yourself a favor and use OEM components. Luckily, prices for these are relatively low.
