It turns over twice, as always, and it starts, but sputters after. The lights flick dim and such. Like it's not getting enough fuel.

It was working fine the other day. The thing is that the lock actuator is broken on the rear hatch. Last time I stopped, parked and locked the Jeep, I had checked the rear hatch to make sure it locked but it didn't lock, thus setting off the alarm.

Would the current issue be something to do with security system? Fuel cutoff?

EDIT: Should also mention that there's also no gas being transferred when I depress the gas pedal.
