Default 1995 Laredo 4.0L back to life journey

Bought the Jeep from a man that was disabled and drove it for groceries and doctor appointments. He took fairly good care of it doing the very basic of maintenance. The vehicle just turned 75,000 miles yesterday!!
I'm going through it front to back to make a reliable daily driver out of it and as a tow vehicle for my side by side. I know very little vehicle history except for the owner and his driving style.
So far I've: 1.Flushed the cooling system and changed out the leaking water pump and thermostat. 2.New fuel filter. 3. Topped off the transmission fluid (looks and smells good). 4. New O2 sensor (getting a lean trouble code) 4. New Harmonic balancer, the rubber was falling apart. 5. New A/C high pressure switch and A/C recharge. 6. Front differential fluid looked like milk so it is draining overnight (rear diff fluid looks clean and new as does the transfer case). 7. New radiator cap. 8. New gas cap. 9. New battery

What's next:
Shocks are shot so they're getting replaced.
Find a vacuum leak, goes to defrost when accelerating
Some driver door wires are broken and need repaired.

Welcome to the forum.

Nice ZJ, thanks for sharing.

Probably all the steering / suspension bushings are shot. This reply shows the parts I used.

This topic shows my door jamb wiring repair.

Vacuum leak fixed; it was the hose leading to the reservoir under the battery, the hose was connected but very loose. New hose and now no more vents to defrost under acceleration and waa laa the cruise control works!!.
