1994 grand cherokee
Jeep was given to my son 
just changed oil and tuned up. PROBLEM in park and neutral the gas pedal easy but gets hard to push in drive and harder to push in 2 and is not able to be pushed in at all in 1. Any help would be great.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Check the shifter linkage and throttle valve linkage on the left side of the transmission to be sure they're not rubbing on eachother.
