Question 1993 Jeep ZJ rear disc conversion issues

Hello Jeepers,

I Just did a rear disc conversion on my 1993 Grand Cherokee, I didn't have them stock and with the recent motor replacement the drums felt lacking. I couldn't find much in the way of info on swapping a set of 95 zj brakes on to a 93 zj. Did the hard part and got all of the hardware on and swapped in a prop.valve from a 95 zj all disc as well. Bleed them well and still have a soft pedal and almost no stopping power. Any ideas would be helpful!!

Do have the calipers mounted with the bleeder screws at the top?

Many Thanks Man, I wouldn't have ever looked at those to see. It looks like you might be on to something there. And now I feel like a dumbass, Going to flip them and change sides first thing tomorrow, bleed them again and will update you on any changes

We've all done it, or at least something similar. I once spent a day early in my career chasing down a no start problem. The engine started every time once I put gas in the tank, go figure.

Thanks again man , that fixed my no stopping power issue. They where upside-down, flipped them and bleed them. Stops from 50 to zero like a champ..
