1993 jeep grand wagoneer fuel pump location

Welcome to the forum.
The fuel pump is within the tank, top center.
Drop the hitch, skid plate then tank.
When I drop mine, I siphon fuel into portable tanks w/ an inexpensive siphon through the disconnected fill hose to make the tank lighter.
Note that replacement tank straps are reasonably priced, so swapping those if they are rusted is not horrible cost.
