Default 1993 grand cherokee clicking under dash passenger side

Yesterday my son attempted to jump start my jeep he had jumper cables reversed. It blew the ecu fuse when i replaced the fuse ecm started smoking replaced ecm now jeep cranks and runs but no dash lights no heater blower and when you switch it off theres a clicking sound coming from the passenger side under the dash. If i pull the fuse under the hood that says fuse block then the clicking stops any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated

I have the same clicking and no info center. The rear dome light also strobes on and off when driving.
Its also a 1993 but I did not jump start it.
This just all started to happen one day a few weeks ago.
The Jeep is just our winter beater so its now off the road till the fall.
I was thinking of finding a newer body and swapping the Diesel from ours to the newer one but that's a few months off.
Let me know if you find the problem.
