Progress up to this point has been all the metal work looks like I haven't done much but cleaning the frame of all the stock brackets took forever but I think it was worth it in the end. Rear passenger side welded in all the rest of the pieces are cut out and ready to weld in. I did really like the templates. I have been watching to much extreme 4x4 hahaha.

Tracings from templates to 3/16 plate

After plasma cut and cleaned up. Just needed some extra holes drilled in them for the plug welds

I would mark the bends in the frame on the templates and then grind ¾ of the way thru the plate and bend with the contour of the frame.

Driverside fender well. Same idea as the other side but this side had the cutout for the motor mount bolts
