02 Tranny Problem

02 Tranny Problem
So I own a 02 GC Laredo, it shifts fine into reverse first and second, but every once in a while it won't shift into 3rd. I have to let the rpms drop and then get back in the gas for it to shift into 3rd. It did throw a code, P0740 - TCC Circuit Malfunction. I read that warthog seemed to have the same problems as I do, he cleaned the connection on the left side of the tranny, and it went away. I am changing now to go outside, and try it. Anyone, else's input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
Edit: No change after cleaning the connection, but maybe I cleaned the wrong one? Not sure, I cleaned a few with a tooth brush and rubbing aclohol.
