'02 GC Overland start/turn signal problems
Recently I've had two problems that may or may not be related. After driving a finite distance and shutting off the engine it is hard to restart if it's only off for a few minutes.
The other problem is that the left turn signal stops working randomly. This morning on the way to work (12 miles) it stopped working. I shut the engine off when I arrived, turned the key to aux and tried the turn signal. It worked perfectly. Then I tried to start the car. It took 3 tries. It begins to crank then stops. On the 3rd try it started. It acts as if the battery is bad but I had it and the charging system checked last week and both are fine.
I was wondering if these 2 symptoms are related and there is some sort of diagnostic thing going on??
Could it be a starter going bad?
Otherwise the GC runs fine.
I appreciate any suggestions.
