For the climate control, try this: http://www.wjjeeps.com/climate.htm
Or this: http://www.wjjeeps.com/hvac_sub_assembly.htm
This is probably cheaper though: http://www.heatertreater.net/jeep-grand-cherokee-98-04
This write-up explains w/pics, how to fix your Jeeps defective heated seats: http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums...d.php?t=374914

Oh yeah, I forgot that. We took ours in for that. It's because there is a possibility of them getting too hot and starting a fire. They replaced the heating elements in both seats. They don't get as warm, or warm up as fast as they did before. Oh well, it's safer and free. It should fix your problem. If not it could be the wiring, a relay, or the Memory Heated Seat Module under the drivers seat, on a bracket between the power seat track and the seat cushion frame. It controls the heated seats functions. But since the dash lights come on, I'd guess it's just the heating elements themselves.
Good luck.
