Default 01 Grand Cherokee Hydro Fan Problem

Hey guys. Need some help again. Thanks for all your a/c answers. Fixed the prob!! New problem. I overheated it a week ago, dropped a valve seat. Had the head fixed and put it back together. Runs perfect! Now my hydro fan is having problems. Fan was working before it overheated. Reason for overheat-I blew a hose. The fan spins slow only. I disconect the plug thats on the fan shroud (not the one on the hydro unit) and the fan still spins slow. I know the fan is supposed to spin faster when the engine revs but it doesn't. Did I miss something? I thought I forgot to plug something in but don't see anything. One more thing. My a/c is not charged yet. Could that be why????

Sorry, can't answer that. Didn't want you to think you were being ignored though.
