I jumped on a 00 jeep gc larado with a 4.0l in it with only 93k miles for what i thought to b a good deal till i got it home and actually started lookin close at it

came with 265/75/16's when i bought it guess had a lift kit bought it stock height. so first thing good new rubber all the way aroung.
replaced
radiator, upper hose, thermostat, 32 gallons of water to flush out coal dust from pa 4wheelin
front hubs, axles, tie rods, tie sleeves, steering stabilizer, ball joints
rear boomerang and ball joint on the pumpkin
cut tail pipe off before it fell the hell off

now the problem
while driving rear passenger side makes a clunking noise when goin over bumps and i can't figure out where on the pass side it is comin from not affecting driving
now on the front makes a clunk sound when goin over speed bumps but it also feels like the axle moves out from under the jeep when doin so

i have alot of mechanical knowledge but now stumped help please

With the front end if it is feeling like the axle is comming out could it be the front track bar? Or a control arm bushing in the rear?
