Well about a month after the new tires I caught a valve stem on something and got a leak. I put on my fullsize spare i had got at a j.y. for $15 but it was mounted on a stock steel wheel cause that what I had.
Not only did it look dorky because of the stock offset but it didnt feel stable driving it either. I got it to the tire shop where I bought the tires,4 new valve stems no charge. Three days later Brown Santa came while i was at work. Attachment 158166 Got it on Ebay for $60 shipped [ATTACH]158167[/ATTACH |

Ran across this a few months ago at a local junkyard while I was scouting for parts.
Attachment 158168 Attachment 158169 Found me an overhead console 2 XJs down by the way. $20 SCORE :head: This j.y. has between 10 to 20 XJs at any given time. Some stuff they are high $ on but also the best selection around. They have a few MJs as well. |

They are floor register vents, $8 for both, with cut down ventvisors from a mid 80s chevy blazer as louvers for rain protection and the help scavenge air from the engine bay like a cowl induction Attachment 158193 Sorry no better pics I'll try to get some better ones later. |
Wow. 33s with just 3" and trimming? I'm surprised.
Rig looks excellent, sir. Love the color scheme. |

Rig looks excellent, sir. Love the color scheme. My stock springs are starting to flatten though. Time for full leaf packs. I haul alot of gear in the back. See me and my wife are both in Law Enforcement, and I care all my call out gear and get home gear along with tools and parts to fix standard mechanical issues, belt, hoses, water/antifreeze, u-joints, enough fluids to refill everything once, ect. |
