Default Young Blood ZJ Build

Long story short im young(19) and getting to know more and more about cherokees so i got this stock zj to build into a complete off-road rig...it'll be streetable for awhile untill tax times and we get another vehicle where this one can be for off road use only, for now i or my wife will have to drive it back and forth to work...but anyway more onto the build...Looking to obviously go big...eventually want full widths with at least 35's...but in more near future, looking for 4.5" lift with 33's...i now have a 2" BB with 31x10.5's...Now for some pics

This is it after the 2" bb's and 235's.

And this is her with the 31's...just put them on tonight and was dark outside...will get better pics tomorrow.

New wheels(d-windows) with around 3.75-4" BS to get the tires out a little wider and then some NEW 31's from treadwright...and then probably will do some minor trimming to give the tires some room

Another ZJ. nice. We need more on the forum. Anyway. You need some UC spings.
If you want a 4.5 go with the IRO. so far mines great. Havent driven more than around the block and what no. But eveyone on JF say its one of the best.

Found a cheap set of 32's...gonna throw the one's off my xj on and see how much I'll need to trim...and I may just run those instead if buying new ones...more $ for the lift.

Well i pulled the 32's off my xj and put it on my zj...well they wont fit...so looks like im sticking with 31's for now until more lift.

They fit in the fender well fine, but if you can tell in the pics...there is no room for turning...they hit the fender well and bumper...i could trim the bumper...but defiantly not gonna cut the fender well.

But i got a better pic with 31's.

Cant wait to get my new tires...gotta decide between treadwrights Guard Dogs or Crawlers...i've had gaurd dogs in the past and loved them, but the crawlers look pretty sweet...gonna go out to treadwright one day and look at them in person before i choose.

get wheels with more backspacing, i had 32's on my last zj when it was stock. Black cragers with 4.5" backspacing, i trimmed the bumper a bit and pounded down the inner seam in the wheel well with a BFH and wooloah-tires fit. Offroad was a different story tho...

More backspacing? As in 4-4.5" rather than 3.5"?
