Gotta start on seatbelt bar, spreaders, cross braces and stripper pole all done and tacked monday and Tuesday Wednesday is finish welding!

everyone give those rear down tubes the bird!! it was a huge PITA to get them thru the body to the back bumper.....plasmas are awsome.



did you end up using the bendtech program for the a pillars?

1 word of advise:
GUSSETS

 

Oh totally frank I started on triangulation measurements already and adding bracing. Gussets come last after most of the tube is ran.

 

Yes we did it was bad ***! Wednesday I'll finish weld majority of it and continue bracing And gussets. And dude you helped so much thank you again!

 

no prob man. let me know if you need help with the rest of the cage or axle swap. im always down as long as the lady permits. gives me motivation to get mine done!
