how... did you curve the wood on that trailer? Did you cut them out of a really thick sheet of plywood? or did you actually steam-bend the wood.
I tried to steam bend some wood once.. and discovered you can't bend poplar. Ohhh..
anyway.. would love to know how you did it

I didn't steam but I did use weight and water.....and some heat to loosen the glue on the plywood.... It's a practice in patience... Lay wet towels and weight on it and move on to other things for a day..... LOL

I talked to the owner over the phone. He is a former lineman for the power company. Got disabled somehow and decided to go into business. Cool products

They forgot to send me my terminals, I emailed him on Saturday and he emailed me back that night saying he would ship them first thing monday morning.. Monday morning I got a shipping email from them. He actually did what he said he would and took my word for it.... Great costumer support..

Finally got the winch working since relocating the winch between the unibody rails... no room underneath for the control box so it went under the hood...

I had to make room under the hood to make room for the winch control box, So I relocated the coolant bottle to the drivers side and needed room for the relay box...so the airbox had to go. I've been piecing together a hummer style snorkle and I think I finally have everything to make it work...

I went ahead and had a new rear driveshaft made just for insurance and started building the roof rack to hold the rooftop tent... The passes are too narrow to drag the teardrop through and I don't want to fight backing up if we encounter traffic,

Thanks, the jeeps coming along.... I finished the snorkel and roof rack yesterday...and got the tent mounted on the jeep.. The tent is big on the xj and I hope it doesn't destroy my gas mileage.....LOL
