Default Swapping to Manual Transmission

Sup? I've got a '97 GC TSi with a 4.0, sadly its automatic and i know the 93-94 came in manual and im thinking about swapping, so i got a few questions.

1. is the swap easy to do, and what parts are needed?
2. where can i find the parts?
3. whats the price estimate?
4. how long will it take to swap?

Thats all i got to ask for now =/

I have done one of these in the past "not to a Jeep" my advice would be to buy a donor vehicle because it's easier to get the parts and everything is there. However I'm not sure if you need to change the pcm or not, I ended up changing mine in my project for alot of reasons the main one is tuning.

I thought the same thing, the only problem is a manual grand cherokee is extremely rare to find on the road, especially a working one, and they are only available in 93-94 which is 3 years older than my car, so its pretty much out =/ if I ever find one i wouldn't hiestiate to buy it. I just needed to know what i need to do to build one into the jeep i have now.
