hey thanks man i made a jig for them im going to start making them on the side and selling them

 

i also got my metal stamped out for the half doors so ill be sure to take pics of rack painted and on with spare and highlift and take a couple pics of the finished half doors

 

wish we lived closer...i could use your expertise!!!!! sweet ride dude! digging the rack.

thanks guys.. forgot to mention stock zj doors feel like 80 pounds my half doors are around 30

 

How much total lift are you running to clear those tires? Looks to me to be between 5 and 6 inches. Those new pictures make it look awesome and I'm loving your half doors!

 

its sitting at about 5 inches id say i know its total 8 inches higher than a stock grand my buddy has a bone stock one and we measured to the bottom of mirror 8 inch difference.. its going long arm by the end of the year

yea ill have some 37s here after i regear and lock it but until then 35s have to do lol

 

so are you thinking about keeping it since you are doing all this work?
