Slow build
Decided to start a build thread since my mind keeps going back to project ideas so here goes......as is my 93 is stock except for the pioneer hd bluetooth head unit and 4 alpine speakers (don't remember exactly which ones more specifics on the newer parts will be provided) its an automatic 4.0l6.
first things I plan to do will be very low budget "test"items to see how it goes and decide on more permanent items, temporarily going to remove the cat and put in straight pipe but will be ordering a high flow cat to keep in for emissions purposes. also looking into angel eye hid conversion and led upgrade for the rest of the exterior, I want to be seen and eventually heard.
at some point I'm going to buy a jy block and build a replacement to put in, most likely going with a nice stroker set up then adding turbo on that to really jump some hp numbers. along with the motor I'm looking to manual tranny swap to get rid of the boring automatic and make it feel more like a sport model (no idea how long that will take) same time as that I want to upgrade to a locking diff and disc brake rear. And all of that will of course come right in line with a full exhaust upgrade.
that is the majority of my plans for this vehicle, it will be very slow going since I'm very limited on cash but the best build take time. I will be posting pics soon for the before and I will post during and after for the most part. Input and feedback more than appreciated.

Trying to get up some new skills to make this build more interesting....looking for a cheap welder and some sheet metal and exhaust piping for some real custom work. I want to make something new for this town to see.

Called my local dealer today and found I'm running a chrysler 8.25"rear end with 3.55 gears, that needs a change bad, hunting for a slight upgrade ratio with better power placement.

Hit a small financial snag in the build, got a $500 bill from sprint for some unknown overage charges I incurred last month so that puts a major dent in my funds but once that gets handled I'm gonna start with some minor exhaust work.....thinking about opening it up to 2.5" with a nice high flow spun cat, hardest part seems to be finding a 2.5" tailpipe reasonably priced, gonna check at work hopefully its not more than $100

Back brakes need a change, I've been dreading this, not technically part of the build but it will give me a chance to take a look at my rear gears and see how bad it is

Might be getting a second cherokee, if I do I'll have one to lift which will be extremely slow going until I get this one where I want it
